(2 pack) Thai Curry & Rice Bowl - Ready-to-Eat Meal

My daughter is embracing a veggie-based diet after growing up in my very meat-forward household. I do my best to support her choices, but let's face it: meat is filling, and it keeps you full longer than most vegetable dishes. I find she needs to eat more often, and I do keep fresh veggies and fruit, but sometimes a quick, tasty snack that's a little more filling is needed. so I have a few of these in my freezer at all times, just in case. I am not a fan of the packaging. There's a lot of plastic here, and I would like to see a more environmentally-friendly choice made.

I've bought this several times. I'm converting to vegan %26 this was a wonderful tasty way to stay vegan. Great spices used to give the authentic taste of Indian food.
