Skinnygirl delivers taste %26 sugarfree healthier

Especially for diabetics but used to fruity flavorful and textured spreads, Skinny girl fruit spreads deliver. Actually, the natural fruit taste is more noticeable while most others brands seem to be more redolent on copious amounts of sugar and high fructose corn syrups overpowering the actual fruit itself. The jars show pretty looking fruit preserves or other spreads, but the palate is overwhelmed first with the sugar and corn syrup as key ingredients. Skinnygirl fruit spreads have minimal other ingredients besides the fruit, and spreads on aany breads easily. The price is super reasonable in comparison with other sugarless products which are very expensive as most of us already know when shopping for more sugarless products.

Cautionary Tale!!!

I have been buying this brand of jam and other sugar free jams for years to adhere to my diabetic diet. I rotate through all the flavors and brands that don't include sugar alcohol, including Smuckers and Great Value and I love them all. None of those brands cause me any GI distress. They do have lots of fiber which is a big plus. So my rating reflects all THAT. But something WEIRD happened with this jar of Blackberry Skinny Girl this time bc my first bite after opening it tasted like SOAP. I thought I must've not rinsed the dish soap off my spoon lol, but that wasn't it. What immediately came to mind was something I recently saw about tiktokers thinking it's An ( ignorant) way to get views to video themselves tampering w food... Maybe that is what happened. Who knows but there was definitely something in this jar bc it has never tasted like that before.. So just be aware that we live in a strange world now. Protect yourselves. Otherwise this brand is awesome especially if used to Sugar free products already. If u aren't and are just on a fad diet you may not agree.

I have tried a number of different no sugar jams and preserves. Most of them have been disappointing due to flavor and texture. I was happy and surprised how good the Skinny Girl Blackberry Preserves is. I have now purchased more and the other flavors. Love all of them!
