lots of things you can do with this.

I use it for stuffed bell peppers and put a little cheese on top after they get done let it melt and it's good good. I've also made it without stuffing the bell peppers just cutting them up and putting them in with the mix and it's great too.

Delicious spanish rice.

Rice-a-Roni Spanish rice has great flavor, easy to prepare. I like to add browned ground beef or turkey and some onion and green pepper that I cook in microwave. Makes a good meal. Other brands don't have the same flavor as Rice -a-Roni brand.
