Slivered almonds ok, the rest is not

If you're really looking to cut down on sugar and consume a cereal with higher proteins, this might be for you. If you're not willing to eat flakes with odd texture and that taste (Closest comparison I can think of is chocolate coated paper), where the almond slivers are the only thing redeeming about the flavor, then skip it. I'm going continue purchasing Kashi instead.
