Currently using this product in PA to cover pool filter and pool heater. Has withstood wind gusts of 50 mph, snow, sleet and rain. Had held up very well with no tear or wear marks in the last 3 months. Has stayed fastened with just two bungee cords.

Put this tarp under the floor of the tent as it is much easier to wipe off the tarp than the bottom of the tent. Also helps protect the floor of the tent.
