I'm a type 1 diabetic so I really need to regulate my carbohydrate intake. These are a fantastic addition to my diet. They have a great sweetness and essentially zero carbs. Perfect for sandwiches and chopped up they are an excellent addition to chicken salad. Inexpensive and if you haven't tried them, you really should.
