(2 pack) Mezzetta Sun-Ripened Dried Tomatoes Sulfite Free, 8 oz Jar

I love sun dried tomatoes in an alfredo shrimp recipe I make. It makes me feel like a real chef to add them for some reason. The tomatoes are in an oil and I just blot them with a paper towel before adding them to the alfredo, they hold their shape when cooking and add a nice color. The taste is not strong, and the texture adds a little something firmer to a soft dish. Store in refrigerator after opening. They do not have a strong strange smell and are easy to use right out of the jar.

This is the only local store brand that doesn't have sulfites, which would cover a few evils, but I'm not sacrificing anything. Only problem: a few of the tomatoes have a tough area that I discard when I julienne them, but nothing too extreme.
