This is our staple cheese. We use it on salads, to mix our eggs in the morning and anything else needing cheese. We use the Mexican blend because it doesn't taste like Mexican spicy, or anything, but rather just tastes like a mix of yummy creamy melted cheese. This covers it all: breakfast - eggs, lunch - chicken melt, dinner - salads. It can be used in cooking or just sprinkle the mix on the top. It's very easy to Melt. In a pinch, even used it on a hamburger/cheeseburger.

This product is a great deal for the money you spend. It is good quality and has plenty of raisins. The package is resealable which is great! Kellogs and others charge more and it is a pain to wrestle with the bag to try to keep it fresh. These folks charge less and give you an easy seal bag along with a great product inside. A win-win situation.
