So far the chair is holding up. It has a black powder finish coat over metal. It folds easily with no creaking or stiffness when opening or closing. I need more than one now! But it is nice to have things that don't take up and extreme amount of space and can be pulled out easily as needed! As far as comfort I think I could easily sit through a movie or party with no issues or discomfort! The back is curved which I felt kind of pulled you right in the nook and felt good. Still it is a metal chair.

This folding chair is a nice sturdy folding chair that doesn't weigh a lot. The chair can be easily stored in any closet or even under a bed. You can even buy some inexpensive cushions to put on it to make it more comfortable If it starts looking worn down just put a new coat of paint on and it would be like new.
