The material that the vanes are made of is very light but durable and the room darkening version reduce the amount of light getting through well. The hidden hangers are a plus as they leave a clean appearance, kinda like they are suspended on air.

I prefer the blinds that you install with side brackets, but these were okay. Not sure I'd want to buy them again, because the installation was annoying. Not necessarily difficult or impossible, just annoying with how you have to mount them. I like the cordless design to pull them up %26 down.
