Hob - From Ambient - On The Stove. Bring 5-1/3 cups of water and 3 tablespoons tub margarine* to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in Mahatma® rice mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Makes about 8 servings, 1 cup cooked each. *For more authentic flavor, add 3 tablespoons olive oil instead of tub margarine.

I love this rice. I make it along with mexican dishes. It has a nice flavor and has NO funny little vegetable pieces. This rice is great with Mexican food, with Asian food, and when you just want some yummy rice.
