This is a great pancake mix - our club ONLY uses Krusteaz for our pancake breakfasts. So easy to prepare in quantity and delicious results. This 10 pound bag makes about 250 - 4" pancakes, but the bag says it makes 77 servings... you can decide how many pancakes make up a serving.
