Way too Thin for a Proper Tomato Paste

Barely a tomato paste. This is a slightly thicker tomato sauce but not reduced enough by half to be considered a proper tomato paste. And the difference is passed on to the consumer because you have to cook out the excess water yourself before you can start to properly carmelize it for a pincage. It took well over an hour before this started to take on the proper textures or colors that a normal tomato paste would in about ten minutes, because of all the excess water that is still in it. It is frustrating that it's marketed as a tomato paste at all when it's just a slightly thicker than usual tomato sauce, not by far reduced enough.
