(2 pack) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Pasta Salad, 7.09 fl oz

My family loves this boxed pasta “salad.” It's a frequently requested birthday dinner side dish. However, this has nothing that even pretends to be salad in it. You will definitely want to add some vegetables unless you just want to eat pasta with ranch dressing on it. It doesn't even try to pretend with little dehydrated bits of vegetables like Suddenly Salad. If you don't have the time for cutting up a bunch of fresh vegetables, throwing in a cup or two of drozen veggies works just as well. We like to add the Birds Eye roasted corn, frozen peas and chopped onions. (Full disclosure, it's usually Walmart's pre-chopped onion from the deli section to save time.) Additionally, I think that without adding veggies the ranch would be overpowering and would not prepare the full pouch a seasoning mix, and I'm a ranch lover. After adding vegetables, this becomes one of the more expensive side dishes for my budget conscious meal planning, but it is worth it. One box with veggies makes 4 generous portions.
