My son added this hot sauce to my order because he knows his mom loves a tasty hot sauce. I have a cupboard full of different brands but most are too hot to use everyday.. Very nice flavor thick enough to stay on your food, the heat is definitely there though I don't find it overtakes the foods flavor.
