They are perfectly cooked, not mushy rice and taste just like the ones I ate in New Orleans. Very near restaurant quality. They can be used as a quick lunch or incorporated into other recipes that are shown on their website. I can't wait to try some of their other products. I highly recommend!

I love red beans and rice, but don't usually have time to make it from scratch. The Glory Co. turns out a superior product with as close to homemade as you are going to find in a can. Just give it a squirt of hot sauce (Tabasco preferred) and you've got something delicious.
