Despite the liquid consistency being on the thin side, the sugar-free taste was amazing. I do not like my coleslaw drenched or swimming in dressing so a little of this dressing goes a long way in my opinion. I gave a bottle to my brother and he loved it too. Makes terrific coleslaw. I add about a cup of light mayonnaise and juice of half a lemon with a half bottle of this to a medium bowl of coleslaw. Add some chopped green onions if you like. Mmmmm.
