After using the tape runners purchased from craft stores, you know the brands, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Elmer's dot tape runner. It dispenses tape smoothly and the bond is excellent. I was impressed! The price is very reasonable too. Have you noticed how expensive tape runners and their refills are becoming? Go buy some.
