Okay Dreamfields Pasta is absolutely awesome if you're diabetic or if you're just somebody that doesn't want all the starch that's in regular pasta so one cup is like 10 G versus regular pasta which is like 45 or 50 grams per cup so I don't notice that my sugar goes up with this some people don't like it but I know that it's got mixed reviews but I love it absolutely love it because you're talking mushrooms to me is not pasta and palm is not pasta I cannot stand palm palm is sour and I don't care how much they try to push Palm is pasta it will never be pasta so but Dreamfields is absolutely fabulous you cook it just like regular pasta you eat it like regular pasta there is no wants to me nobody can tell the difference in my family between the Barilla or de sikyo and a Dreamfields pasta

This is a good tasting pasta, and the best part is that it's reduced carb pasta. I am hoping they start making and selling other types, such as fettuccine, lasagna and smaller parts for soup.
