I bought this on a whim. I had zero expectations. I tend to carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders. They are always stiff and always painful. I am a right-side sleeper only because sleeping on my back was just not comfortable. This pillow was delivered a day early. I will admit it is smaller than I expected (even after fluffing), nonetheless, I gave it a shot. A few surprising things: 1- I slept on my back all night. 2- The usual flopping and flipping didn't happen. 3 - I did NOT cough myself awake. 4 - I did not even realize until about 30 min after being awake that both my neck and shoulders were loose. Magbe I should say "not as tight". It felt amazing. I truly believe that continued use of the cervical pillow will eliminate these dreaded morning pains.

Wonderful and helpful pillow
This pillow has helped me tremendously! I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain for a long time. Taking over-the-counter medicines didn't really help. Finally I decided to change my pillow and saw this one advertised. I am so pleased to say that it has helped and while I still have aches and pains, I'm able to move more freely and don't suffer from the pain. I like the fact that it has a washable cover. Also, I can still move and sleep on my side if I need to.

I have arthritis all over my body, and this pillow , used in conjunctio with some TIDL, is a real good remedy for a decent night's sleep. It took just a couple of nights to adjust to the firmness, but once I got used to it I don't think I can go back to just a soft pillow. Now i'm a believer and wouldn't sleep anytime without it.
