(2 pack) Deming's Red Sockeye Wild Caught Alaskan Canned Salmon, 14.75 Oz

This canned salmon is delicious, deep pink in color, and few if any bones or skin. Ingredients are wild caught Alaskan salmon with only salt as the added ingredient. Product of USA, processed and canned in Alaska. Mixed with a little cornmeal and egg, it cooked up deliciously in olive oil. 18 grams of protein and over 1,000 mg of omega-3's (the good kind) PER SERVING. At 5 servings per can, it is a cost effective superfood, but a bit expensive. The other brands of canned salmon became so inedible (taste, aroma, visual content) I stopped buying it. This is a welcome change.

I have bought this brand of red salmon for many years ( red is so much better than the pink), using it to make salmon croquettes. It's the best I've found. It has become very difficult to find the large cans locally. The price has also increased significantly, roughly 33% over the last couple of years. I was delighted to find them at Walmart for significantly less. It's the most recent food item I am now buying online because I can't find it in the local store. Irritating!
