This is quality olive oil bc its olives are grown and processed here in California in a rich and temperate environment. Many olive oils are sources from different countries and that opens up the potential for fraud. Many supposed olive oils are fake—not olive oils at all. Not this company. Plus the cool little aluminum bottle prevents light from entering thus ensuring freshness.
