After refurbishing a humidifier in expectation of having a tracheostomy patient in the house, I spent the extra money on Refresh C because a little extra immune support can't hurt, right? But when it came time for a refill, and it's winter so we're going through it FAST, I figured I'd try the regular bacteriostatic. I'm not having any problems with hard water deposits or murky water, the only thing working overtime seems to be the filter, but as long as i rinse it regularly, it doesnt turn into a rock. This product smells amazing. Not strong. A barely there type fragrance thatvis fresh and clean. I'd only noticed when thenbottle was open before, but i cleaned the whole ynit last night and you use more product the refilling the humidifier after maintenance. Walked out of my room this morning and the house smells awesome. Very light, barely there, but noticably better than when i went to sleep. Will continue to purchase, the scent makes me smile.
