Does the job!
I bought an all-inclusive aquarium kit from Walmart. This filter type was included in the kit, and seemed to do a wonderful job at keeping my aquarium clean and smell-free. Since the filter did a great job, there was no need to replace it. Therefore, when the filter needed new cartridges I didn't hesitate to buy the same kind (this type L. ) For small aquariums with few fish like mine, these are more than enough to maintain good water quality.
