Believe the reviews that say the bristles are soft, because they are. Haven't bent them yet, but these won't last long. Brushes ok for very light cleaning, but won't help much if you've been out gardening without gloves, or working on oily machinery. The plastic is thin, and they are child size as you can see in the pic (small adult hand) so not easy to hold. Disappointing.
