Our Rubber Spider Bungee secures the tire chains on your vehicles during winter. • Bungee Measurements: The heavy-duty spider bungee for semi-tire chains of 21" (overall diameter) has six even-sized arms with a length of 9-5/16" each. We attached the arms to a welded ring with a diameter of 2-3/8". These arms are radiating outward from the central hub and you can attach them with hooks attached at the end of each arm.
