I am truly surprised and impressed at how well these blades worked for me, especially considering they are about one quarter the price of the big name blades. I have three Shih Tzu dogs who become very matted, and this blade went through their fur way more easily than my old Oster and Andis blades. They fit my Oster 2 speed PowerMax clipper perfectly. I know that ceramic blades have the reputation for being very brittle and prone to chipping, so I wonder how they will stand the test of time.

Ceramic dog grooming blades

So far, these blades are doing a great job of clipping dog hair smoothly! As a private dog groomer, I am always joyful to find good deals on items I use daily in the operation of my business! I especially like using the ceramic blades due to their tendency not to overheat as fast as the regular steel blades. Also, ceramic blades tend to stay sharper longer, which is always a plus economically! The price offered on these blades was great as well (at least half the cost I would have paid elsewhere)! Only time will tell if these blades live up to their expectations, though am quite hopeful!
