Love the natural bristles, they are not plastic! Bristles are stiff, rough and firm so if you want a soft brush this isn't it. Takes a lot of soap to lather up on first uses. Size perfect for a man's hand, would have liked it a little smaller for women's hand. It was 2 brushes, both identical. Liked the strap, easy to hold and use.
