Pleasantly surprised after I finally received the Rattan Basket. Unfortunately, the original order I placed did not arrive as it said it had. Thankfully, Customer Service assisted me with this situation. I was refunded for the 1st Order, and I placed a 2nd Order for the same Item. I needed this Item to create a Floral Arrangement as a well-deserved "Thank You" to a Dear Friend. The measurements of the Basket were just what I needed to accomplish this, and it arrived ahead of schedule which allowed me to complete the Arrangement and present it on schedule!
