Lawry's Lemon Pepper With Lemon Marinade, 12.0 fl oz Bottle

First, I want to start by thanking Lawry's for providing their lemon pepper with lemon marinade for my family to try in exchange for my honest opinion. This marinade was delicious! You can use it on any protein source, the bottle suggested either chicken or seafood. I tried both an overnight marinade, along with the 15 minute marinade that is promoted. I genuinely couldn't tell a difference in the strength of flavor, so if time is a huge thing for you, you'll be glad to know that you can have great results pretty quickly. For the 15 minute marinade, I used bone-in chicken thighs. After they were done, I put them in the oven at 400 for about a half an hour. Warning! The pepper when you hit a kernel definitely has a bite. The lemon flavor wasn't overpowering, and made everything delicious. I found that the pepper mellowed out on the leftover thighs after sitting in the fridge. One thing I will note, when you cook the marinade at high heat, it does turn a sort of grey color which isn't the most appealing. The flavor was still spot on, and you can't tell once it's on the plate. If you want to keep the vibrant color that is in the bottle, make sure you reserve some off to the side to brush on the final meal. I'd buy this at the store for a quick and easy chicken dinner.
