I love these fried mashed potatoes !!!! When I was a kid my dad would use leftover mashed potatoes with some egg and flour and make some little patties similar to what you're selling and I loved them so much !!! Your Smiles make me smile and brings back memories from days gone by !!!! I'll keep order for along time !!! They are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and never taste bad or stale even if you need to reheat a few leftovers. They're Great !!!!

Back in the place I grew up there was a restaurant called Sconecutter that served these fries I loved. I thought it was so unique and that I would never get to eat them again. Well apparently you can just buy them at Walmart. They bake nicely in the oven and I let them crisp up a little longer. Outside is crispy but the inside is soft like mashed potatoes, unlike fries. They're really something else. Wonderful for lunches or dinner. They're smiley and easy to prepare. These are a win in my house and my toddler enjoys them too.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these smiley face potatoes!!! Such a quick and easy side for dinner when you're feeling lazy! Smiley faces, Mac%26cheese, with some green beans! My perfect, tasty, still semi healthy and easy go to!!! Wish they'd include a just a few more but I'm not complaining lol. 😂 If so some strange reason you don't finish them all, they make a perfect lunch to re heat for a kiddo at school the next day!! I only have one kiddo so there's no fighting over who gets how many! Theyre also quick to make in the air fryer but I use the oven so I can cook more. Ive even cooked some in the morning for my daughter's lunch, but make sure to let me cool down all the way or Itll drop the temperature of the entire lunch bag! 😉🙃 Enjoy!
