Great product that was easy to install and is used daily!
We had been using just the "hot" Insinkerator for years and it needed replacement. We got the new Hot/cold model. It was an ease to install, we like the in-line filter, and we happily use it everyday. It has been a service-free product and we highly recommend it.

A worthwhile upgrade.
This purchase was a replacement for my original dispenser. It is a visual design improvement that is very compatible with my faucet hardware. The Tuscan design provides a heftier product with a slightly larger footprint that feels more stable. Overall, I am very pleased with this replacement.

This is a nice looking unit and I hope it holds up for at least 5 years
We had an earlier model, white with the paddle type dispensing valve. It did not leak like the past two we had owned but was starting to surge and sputter, enough to splash water on your hands when getting a cup of hot water. This new on has the ergonomics, looks and is quieter when dispensing. NO surging or spitting water. A great little unit.
