Product is usually great but…

I love this product, but gave it one star because this particular bottle must have been damaged because the spray nozzle did not work. Returning was a pain. I selected FedEx dropoff but when I took the package to the store I was told that aresol cans can only be returned by scheduling a Fesex pickup. It wasn't the end of the world, but just a waste of time.
