Seems like they don't want to send us 2 pieces that were missing. But won't order from them again, whether we get pieces or not

Seems to be a good shed directions could use a little more description. Personally I did order a 10 by 12 but received a 10 by 8. Sent and email haven't heard back so that's a bit disappointing. I would love a refund of the difference in cost between the 2 as I won't return it I already opened and assembled it. Didn't look the right size and I was right.
