Precaution:
1. Personal protection: Operators must wear work clothes and anti-slip shoes. Long hair should be tucked into the work cap. Loose clothing or jewelry is prohibited to prevent them from being caught in the equipment. It is strictly forbidden to cross the belt while the conveyor is running. If crossing is necessary, a dedicated crossing platform should be used.
2. Prohibit improper operation: Tools, debris or personnel are not allowed to be placed on the conveyor. To prevent items from falling and injuring people below or affecting the belt operation, it is prohibited to transport materials beyond the design range (such as overweight, over-length, or over-width materials) of the conveyor.
3. Maintain uniform material distribution to avoid concentrated accumulation at a certain position on the belt. Accumulated materials will increase the risk of belt deviation and even cause the side of the belt to rub against the
frame and get damaged.
4. The belt must not make contact with strong acids, strong bases, or corrosive substances.
Operation Method:
1. Place the conveyor at the corner of the production line stably and firmly.
2. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.
3. Press the start button, and the conveyor belt starts running.
4. Appropriately adjust the conveying speed through the speed regulator according to the actual demands.
5. After conveying, press the stop button, disconnect the power supply and clean the conveyor thoroughly.
