When I first opened it, it looked like there was nothing in there, but the scoop serving is about the size of the tip of my pinky so there are just as many servings in this small container as there is in a regular size creatine. I do feel the water retention is less and I seem to have a good boost of energy and mental clarity is better as well as Marlene muscle ! Great taste, great price and a great amount of servings. I'm having faster recovery and significant strength gains. My body is toning up so much easier than before. Will be a constant in my routine.
