Well after going back and forth with Jerry Garvee the owner in sales, i am waiting for him to get back to me from his technical staff on why i cant connect this product via Wi-Fi in pairing it. Apparently they know there's a problem via the software they've recommended but i used another software similar and was able to connect but in the meantime am still awaiting their recommendations.
