I'd pass on this vendors fan...

Looks like all the others but this vendor took 9 weeks to arrive coming from China. It has a very strong chemical smell when charging and it (I guess) stays on or energized 24/7 so the charge drains overnight back to dead. Frankly I tossed it. Didn't seem safe, worked weird and too cheap to bother with a refund from outer space.
