This is by far the best brand of flavorful sauces I've tried and I've invested money on trying sauces. I like to explore worldwide flavors. It's not spicy (Im Hispanic and have severe GERD now that I'm 40 ), not too salty. It's Asian inspired without the sodium overload.

I mostly use this on Salmon when I make it, Salmon is not my favorite fish, however this sauce makes it amazing, I use it both at times before I air fry it with this as a glaze or after, a little goes a long way. used it on Brussels sprouts the other day and they were amazing......try it you may love it like I do.
