Century® Grappling Dummy 70 lb

I bought this for grappling training advanced techniques. I had to return it though improper arm length. Very well made. It is basically a full size body opponent heavy bag. Arms do not swing wide for arm bars however you can use it for some grappling. You can also used it for stripping down the guard in striking.
