Apply a liberal amount to 1 inch thick pork loin chops ,allow the rub to soak in 20 minutes. Flip and repeat Heat up barbecue very hot (high) Grill with lid on for 6 to 7 minutes Reduce heat to medium and cook the other side 4 to 5 minutes Enjoy 👍🏻
