Let's just say I was a little skeptical when ordering this mattress due to the fact that the mattress was being shipped to me…in a box. Said box was dropped off to me during the part of the day that I was home alone and I did not have a second set of hands to even help me get the package in my house. I pushed the box to move it out of the walkway and noticed the box was not nearly as heavy as I thought it was and it was also rather small considering it was holding a full sized mattress. The box was rectangular and about 5, maybe 6 ft long, less than a foot wide. The mattress was vacuum-sealed in plastic and appeared to be about 2-3 inches thick. I removed the plastic cover using the provided tool per instructions provided. Before I could finish removing the plastic, the mattress had expanded to a little over a foot thick. We let it sit without any pressure on it for 48 hours as advised before setting it up in my 16 year old son's room. As you can see in my review pics, he can stretch out his arms and legs and still be on the mattress. For comparison, he is 5'10. He loves the mattress! The fabric is very soft and smooth to touch, but the mattress is actually very firm. My son slept so good that he was still in the same position that he was in when he fell asleep 8 hours earlier. I highly recommend this mattress. Buy it!

This mattress is super comfortable! It is soft enough to feel good, and firm enough to support my back. Shipping was quick. It is well made and elegant looking. It does a good job of being firm enough to keep my back happy while also being enjoyable to lay on. It's well made and looks great too.
