I use it every day

I've been using it every day since I purchased it, plus I found a way to use it with my electric heating pad, and I do not have to use a belt to strap it on anymore. I can now just place it on my back with this over the top of it and use the Velcro to hold it tightly in place.

Really helps with pain relief

I was pleasantly surprised by this hot/cold gel wrap. Its comfortable to wear and stays in the area you apply it. The hot/cold gel packs are not too heavy. The cold pack gives you about 20 minutes a gentle cold ... having two you can trade them out when one gets warm. Even just wearing the gel pack holder can provide comfort.
