never showed up and my bank was compromised by a Wal-Mart specialist in getting my order canceled, he said I had to give him my social security numbers not just the last four and my date of birth,my bank account number even the routing number and I said this is not how to do business, I started crying when he said if you want the money back from the messed up couch problem, he said that Wal-Mart could add more charges for not taking this seriously. That's when I handed my son the phone he hung up on him.. and he was driving his car so he could buy him something to eat because I was taking his break. When he hung up I called my bank they said I would have to start a new account. Everything had to start over and my bills were late and I'm still paying late fee,s. I deserve answers. My son went straight to Wal-Mart in person and explained what happened they took the charges off of my bill.. The couch company should have let me cancel the couch, but it was Wal-Mart that had A-I send my account to this man who scammed me.
