Best dipping chocolate.

I buy this over and over. I use it for Strawberries. It coats the dry strawberries really well and then forms a coating, not too hard, that stays on the fruit. Love the flavor, I share these with hostesses. Works really well as a fondue for bananas, pound cake and pineapple.

I have been using these for years and they are truly a best kept secret! I use them for all kinds of dipping. They make dipping strawberries, look, professional! The taste is amazing and they heat up easily in the microwave. If you prefer, you could dump them into a pan to do multiple cups keeping it on low. Once I dip the fruit, I put the tray in the refrigerator and they set up very nicely. You do not have to refrigerate the chocolate once you use it, but it makes a wonderful hard coating on top of fruit.
