Leaving 5 stars because of the customer service and the product. This humidifier is easy to use and clean. It's very quiet and I like that the basin is stainless steel and dishwasher safe. unit is smaller than expected. a compact size yet the tank loads up to 1 gal which is more than enough for my needs. When i ran it in middle settle, it would last about a day. Its also very quiet that it didnt bother me at night while sleeping. The mist comes out in 2 different direction is also a good feature.
