I picked it up from store in a brown box. It was missing mounting items. I used my own which were not giving good results but I have no time to go through return and reordering. It is expensive item for this little tissue paper holder. I'm sure I could return it but I should spend 1 hr time and again a week waiting for item. It is not fair customer to waste time when walmart ship faulty items.
