Clean Install & Ergonomics As Well
Purchased 4 of these units for a lab environment. They work perfectly. They help keep the countertops clear of wires and the bulky monitor or all-in-one computer. We are using the Lenovo all-in-ones at some stations and the arm holds up the heavier computer just fine with the adjustment spring. The adjustment spring works great and you can adjust how much tension you want so you can put the screen at the perfect ergonomic level for the person using it. Mounting it to the wall was very easy and straightforward. Caps covering the mounting screws finish off the clean look. The whole Mount-It! system is great. We also purchased countertop pole mounts and they too are great.

Just what I needed
Very easy installation. Found a stud in the wall, screwed it in. Then took the mount off and screwed it into the back of the TV. It's a 22" so not very heavy. I was able to lift it and get it seated in the wall bracket without any problem. My biggest fear was whether it would be able to hold the weight but that has not been a problem. The swivel in all directions and the ability to remove it from the wall base were really the selling point. It couldn't be easier.

I am very happy with this mount
I am very happy with this mount. I also purchased and compared it to the OmniMount Play20 but returned the OmniMount because the Mount-it was just as versatile and easy to use but cheaper and had a smaller mounting base.
