I've been wearing Haggar shorts for years and they had been the best shorts I've every owned. This new style is still super nice light and durable BUT the rise has been shortened and therefore the fit is not nearly as comfortable. Haggar please offer a model with the classic rise in these shorts, if/when you do I can't see myself wearing any shorts but Haggar.

This product is no longer for me.

I have purchased Haggar 100% polyester pleated shorts for many years. I probably have 15 in the closet, but the Cool18 short that I recently purchased is completely different from the rest. The inseam is shorter, and the overall fit is much tighter. Something has changed in the production of this short. The comfort is gone.

Compared to the exact same product these are now smaller.

The rise is shorter than the other 8 pair that I have of the exact same product. The waist is a little smaller too. I now have ordered some additional ones from Bealls to see if they have some older inventory. If they are all the same I will be returning all of them. Obviously I have really liked the shorts and wear them everyday year round. I can only think you changed the country of origin or the manufacturer you were using. Do you have any stock of from the old mfg?
