Great alternative to soy lecithin

I'm allergic to soy, and was despairing of finding a non-soy alternative that was affordable until I found Swanson's Egg Yolk Lecithin. It's inexpensive and effective, and bonus: it tastes a lot better than soy lecithin and has a much nicer texture.I blend it into juice or smoothies, so the only thing that would make it perfect is if it was also available in powder form so I wouldn't have to open ten capsules.
